Since 1970, he has taught entertainment, tech, and business professionals, students in elite schools and colleges, prisoners in maximum security, and many others. He is the award-winning author of six books, including Natural Meditation: A Guide to Effortless Meditative Practice (2015) and Fear Less: Living Beyond Fear, Anxiety, Anger, and Addiction (2018). Aimee Knowlton is a Case Manager, CADC, and trauma-informed coach with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals in early recovery, crisis stabilization, and long-term wellness planning. She specializes in working with high-profile clients who require both clinical precision and unwavering discretion.
Dr. Frank Anderson
Director of Trauma Recovery
Frank Anderson, MD, is a world-renowned trauma expert, Harvard-trained psychiatrist, and global speaker. He is the acclaimed bestselling author of Transcending Trauma (2021) and To Be Loved: A Story of Truth, Trauma and Transformation (2024), and co-author of the IFS Skills Training Manual (2017). Dr. Anderson has a long affiliation with Bessel van der Kolk and serves on the board of the Trauma Research Foundation. A former Lead Trainer with the IFS Institute, he is passionate about teaching brain-based psychotherapy and integrating current neuroscience with cutting-edge models of therapy.
