  • Michael Batshaw

    Chief Clinical Officer

    Michael Batshaw is a licensed psychotherapist and executive coach with over 25 years of experience at the complex intersection of trauma, addiction, and physical illness. As Chief Clinical Officer, he leads the psychotherapy, coaching, and contemplative disciplines of T.O.P.’s integrated model. He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University; his clinical work is grounded in 35 years of meditation practice, including a decade of formal Zen training—and in an earlier life a professional operatic tenor.

  • Dr. Frank Anderson

    Director of Trauma Recovery

    Frank Anderson, MD, is a world-renowned trauma expert, Harvard-trained psychiatrist, and global speaker. He is the acclaimed bestselling author of Transcending Trauma (2021) and To Be Loved: A Story of Truth, Trauma and Transformation (2024), and co-author of the IFS Skills Training Manual (2017). Dr. Anderson has a long affiliation with Bessel van der Kolk and serves on the board of the Trauma Research Foundation. A former Lead Trainer with the IFS Institute, he is passionate about teaching brain-based psychotherapy and integrating current neuroscience with cutting-edge models of therapy.

    Director of Psychiatry

    David Brian Wexler, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in adult, geriatric, and adolescent psychiatry, with over 30 years of clinical experience. He integrates conventional psychopharmacology with functional and integrative approaches to optimize cognitive health and longevity. Dr. Wexler earned his BA in Biology and Foreign Languages from Harvard University and his MD from UC San Diego, followed by psychiatry residency at UCLA/Harbor-UCLA.

    Mark Hrymoc, MD, has extensive expertise in the psychopharmacology of addiction and other mental health disorders. He is double board-certified in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry.
